Remote Personalized Programming is for those who want to train inside the 905 system but can’t consistently make it into our space. Whether you’re traveling, living abroad, training out of a private gym, or simply prefer training on your own schedule, this option gives you a structured plan with real progression.

Your training is built in structured phases so progress is planned, measured, and sustainable. Each phase has a purpose, and every session fits into the larger plan.

This is designed to build strength, capacity, movement quality, and durability over time — not exhaust you for the sake of it.

Pricing

Remote Personalized Programming is $875 + HST and includes 5 phases, each lasting 4 weeks.

 

Total duration: 20 weeks of structured training.

Payment details and start dates are confirmed after your application is reviewed.

Remote programming works best when effort is paired with consistency.
 

You don’t need perfection, but you do need to train regularly and communicate honestly so the plan stays effective.

If you want a program that evolves, you have to give it real inputs.

Common Questions

Do I need a full home gym?
No. We build your plan around the equipment you have.  For best results, access to a squat rack, adjustable bench, gymnastics rings, various dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio equipment would be recommended.  

Can this work for fat loss or body composition?
Yes. Training phases support performance and body composition when consistency is in place.

A fat loss program will work best with macro tracking and diet/nutrition adherence.  Also something we can help you with.  

Is this the same as your in-gym group programming?
No — this is fully personalized to you, your schedule, and your equipment available.

What if I’m traveling or my schedule changes?
We can adjust the weekly structure as needed so progress continues.

For those who want to follow our current in-gym programming without full personalization, remote access is available on a monthly basis.

You’ll receive the same seasonal structure and monthly programming used in our group training, adapted for independent execution in your own space.

This option provides structure and alignment with the 905 system, without individualized adjustments.
