Group Training

Structured, coached training delivered in a group environment.

Group Training follows a structured curriculum aligned with the current training phase.

Sessions are designed to build strength, capacity, and resilience while respecting recovery and progression.

You’ll train alongside others within a shared structure. Coaching ensures movements are scaled appropriately so the intent of the session is preserved.

Group Training is the foundation of the 905 system and where most members begin.

Personal Training

Limited availability.

Higher coaching touch.

Personal Training, one-on-one coaching, and small group training are offered on a limited basis.

 

This option is designed for individuals who require a higher level of attention, customization, or scheduling flexibility.

 

Availability is limited.

 

This level of coaching prioritizes quality, continuity, and long-term outcomes.

 

Includes

  • One-on-one personal training

  • Small group coaching

  • Semi-private sessions

Individualized Programming

The highest level of individualization within the 905 Athletics Training system.

Personalized Programming at 905 is a fully customized training experience built around you.

 

Rather than following a general schedule, you receive a bespoke training system designed for your goals, movement quality, and lifestyle.

 

Each plan is delivered in structured phases to ensure consistent progression, accountability, and purpose without burnout.

 

There’s direct coaching support and options to train in-facility or remotely — all tailored specifically to you.

This tier is ideal for those who want long-term planning, accountability, and precision.

Athlete Development & Team Training

Long Term Athletic Development

Athlete Development operates within the Personalized Programming tier and extends into team-based training when appropriate.

 

Training focuses on:

  • Progressive strength development

  • Movement quality and coordination

  • Age-appropriate conditioning

  • Durability and long-term athletic growth

 

Team training follows the same principles, scaled to group environments while preserving coaching intent and progression.

 

This approach supports athletes across seasons, sports, and stages of development.

How Members Typically Progress

Most members begin with Group Training to experience the 905 system and coaching environment.

 

From there:

  • Some remain in Group Training long term

  • Others layer in Personalized Programming

  • Athletes transition into higher-touch coaching or team training

There is no required path — only appropriate next steps based on goals, availability, and commitment.
