The 905 Athletics Ring Muscle-up Program is a 20-week program featuring 5 programming blocks with the hopes and intent to get you performing quality ring muscle-ups for reps by the phases end. Obviously, much of one's success will depend on current fitness + strength levels but program can be repeated and cycled through until the individual reaches their goal of a strict ring muscle-up.
