The 905 Athletics Handstand Push-up Program # 1 is designed with the intent to one's ability to perform a chest-to-wall handstand push-up and will also improve one's overhead pressing strength & mobility. The program features 4 programming phases. Each phase is 4 weeks long and consists of two training days.
Combined with one of our lower body training programs, you can create a solid 4-day training week to cover both an upper body strength goal and a lower body strength goal. Or, you're welcome to run this program as a stand alone program and train the lower body in your own fashion.
