Our Fat-loss/Body Composition Program # 3 runs for 8 weeks and consists of two training phases.  It is advised that before jumping into program # 3 that you complete the 905 Athletics Fat-loss/Body Composition Program # 1 & # 2 prior to jumping into a more advanced training phase. 


Each phase consists of full body workouts with the focus on improved body composition and fat-loss.  It is strongly advised that one follows the 905 Athletics Nutrition Plan in addition to this program.
