The 905 Athletics Back Squat Program # 1 is designed with the intent to improve one's squatting strength and improve on an existing One Rep Max.  The program features 4 programming phases. Each phase is 4 weeks long and consists of two training days. 


Combined with one of our upper body training programs, you can create a solid 4-day training week to cover both an upper body strength goal and a lower body strength goal.  Or, you're welcome to run this program as a stand alone program and train upper body in your own fashion.
